Hello, If you have constipation, gas and bloating for such a long time despite of using different medicines,you may need change in diet and lifestyle on a serious note: 1. Avoid spicy-salty food. 2. Avoid bakery items, maida products completely 3. Avoid eating out, deep fried food completely. 4. Avoid coffee-tea in the empty stomach;reduce intake of coffee/tea to 2 cups a day. 5. Drink 2.5 liters of boiled cooled water a day. 6. Increase the amount of vegetables and fruits in your diet. 7. Take only salad for dinner 8. Let there be a gap of 2 hours between dinner and going to bed. 9. Avoid aerated drinks. 10. Start practicing yogasana-pranayama by joining a group class at your area on daily basis. 11.
