me 20 saal se constipaton gas aur bloating se p reshan hu . koi achchi si dawa bataiye. kai tarah ki dawaiya aur churan bhi le chuka hu lakin koi aram nahi hai.

Hello, If you have constipation, gas and bloating for such a long time despite of using different medicines,you may need change in diet and lifestyle on a serious note: 1. Avoid spicy-salty food. 2. Avoid bakery items, maida products completely 3. Avoid eating out, deep fried food completely. 4. Avoid coffee-tea in the empty stomach;reduce intake of coffee/tea to 2 cups a day. 5. Drink 2.5 liters of boiled cooled water a day. 6. Increase the amount of vegetables and fruits in your diet. 7. Take only salad for dinner 8. Let there be a gap of 2 hours between dinner and going to bed. 9. Avoid aerated drinks. 10. Start practicing yogasana-pranayama by joining a group class at your area on daily basis. 11. Walk for 45 minutes a day. 12. Get 8 hours of sleep every night. Take care, Kind regards.

Are you taking any other medications for BP, Diabetes or any other chronic conditions for longer time, it could be side effects of those medications also. Since it is long term constipation we need to review in detail history, you have already took may medications for still it is not benefited you hence you need to consult and give detailed information.
