Avoid heavy, oily, fried and very cold foods. Take meals at regular times and avoid overeating. tab triphala 2-0-2 after food 90 days tab livtone 1-0-1 for 15 days tab alsactil 2-0-2 for 60 days Regular light exercise and walking after meals can also help improve digestion and reduce bloating.
