Feeling heaviness and bloating after meals in Ayurveda is commonly related to Mandagni (weak digestive fire) and Ama formation in the gastrointestinal tract. Drink warm water throughout the day. Avoid heavy, oily, fried and very cold foods. Take meals at regular times and avoid overeating. tab triphala 2-0-2 after food 90 days tab livtone 1-0-1 for 15 days tab alsactil 2-0-2 for 60 days Regular light exercise and walking after meals can also help improve digestion and reduce bloating.
