Severe constipation with hard stool. How can I get rid of from this. Kindly prescribe such medications as are very useful to me & could relieve from this as soon as possible.

Add more fibres and liquids to your diet. All types of green leafy vegetables, gourds. Take fruits like papaya, Gauava, Orange, Grapes, Figs, Mosambi, eat them don’t make a juice. Avoid over spicy, astringent food. Avoid packed and preserved food. Avoid brinjal, potato, Chana, rajma. Medicine advised: 1. Abhayaarishta 10ml -0 - 10ml with 10ml water after food. 2. Tab. Triphala 2-0-2 before food For 10 days.
