Can I combine Kamdudha RAS and Shankh bhasma for my GERD and perimenopause? - #51907

I have had a GERD problem for the last one and a half months. With allopathic medicine, I have some relief but not complete and have to take Pantop 40 twice a day, and i have made dietary changes also. i am 49 years old and having perimenopause issues as well. May I take Kamdudha RAS and Shankh bhasma together?
