to pin point to a exact cause i might require a few more information… specifically your age and gender. since you have already ruled out diabetics, symptom is present for 6 month, i suspect it to related with inflammation . for a relief i suggest consumption of for a week 1 . gokshuradi kashayam ( twice daily , before food ) 2. chandraprabha vati ( 1 tablet , twice daily ) how ever i suggest few test that can help to pin point the diagnosis an ULTRA SOUND SCAN.
