आपके लक्षण (anal itching, सूजन और कभी-कभी हल्का खून) अक्सर कफ–पित्त असंतुलन, फंगल इन्फेक्शन और पाचन कमजोरी के कारण बढ़ते हैं।
त्रिफला चूर्ण रात में गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें (आंत साफ रखने के लिए)
दिन में 2 बार नीम पानी से धोना या नीम का हल्का लेप लगाना (एंटी-फंगल)
नारियल तेल + हल्दी मिलाकर प्रभावित जगह पर हल्का लगाएं (जलन व खुजली कम करता है)
मसालेदार, तला हुआ और मीठा भोजन कम करें
कब्ज न होने दें, इसके लिए पर्याप्त पानी और फाइबर लें

* गंधर्वहस्तादि कषायम् – 10 ml गुनगुने पानी के साथ, दिन में 2 बार भोजन से पहले
→ मल को नियमित करता है और दबाव कम करता है
* रंजनादि चूर्ण – गुनगुने पानी के साथ दिन में 2 बार
→ पाचन सुधारता है और अंदरूनी कारणों को कम करता है
🛁 स्थानीय देखभाल (बहुत महत्वपूर्ण):
* रोज़ाना गुनगुने पानी में हल्दी डालकर सिट्ज़ बाथ लें
→ सूजन और खुजली कम करता है
* जट्यादि घृत में साफ कॉटन डुबोकर रात में गुद क्षेत्र पर रखें
→ घाव भरने और जलन कम करने में मदद करता है
🥗 डाइट (आहार):
✔️ हल्का और सुपाच्य भोजन (मूंग दाल, खिचड़ी, दाल-चावल)
✔️ पर्याप्त पानी पिएं (2–2.5 लीटर)
✔️ खाने में थोड़ा घी शामिल करें
❌ बहुत ज्यादा मसालेदार, तला हुआ और बासी भोजन न लें
