Doctors' responses
your symptoms suggest Pitta aggravation with mild Mutravaha srotas irritation (urinary tract imbalance), often triggered by sugary/heavy foods like cakes. About Mercurialis annua tea: It is known to have toxic properties if used regularly or in excess So, it is not considered safe for routine use, even if it gives temporary relief Avoid frequent use — it may harm digestion (Agni) and tissues over time. 1. For urine burning/infection tendency: Drink coriander seed water (dhaniya water) daily Use coconut water or barley water for cooling effect 2. For Pitta balance (root cause): Avoid excess sugar, bakery items, spicy food Increase warm water intake Take Amla juice or Gokshura-based formulation 3. Improve digestion (Agni): Light, warm, easy-to-digest food Avoid heavy + sweet combinations (like cakes)
