⚠️ Sabse pehle: -Aapko neurologist aur physiotherapy/rehabilitation specialist ke under rehna bahut zaroori hai. -Agar 1 saal se improvement nahi hai, to advanced neuro-rehabilitation centers (Delhi, Lucknow, Gurgaon) mein consult karna chahiye. Rx 1.Ashwagandha capsules – 2 capsule din mein do baar, khane ke baad garam doodh ke saath. 2.Brahmi vati – 1 tablet din mein do baar, khane ke baad paani ke saath. 3.Maharasnadi kwath – 15 ml kwath + 15 ml paani, din mein do baar, khane ke baad. 4.Saraswatarishta – 15 ml arishta + 15 ml paani, din mein do baar, khane ke baad. 5.Ksheer Bala taila – Garam tel se din mein do baar halka massage kijiye. 6.Anu taila- 2-2 boond dono trf naak m din m 1 bar Lifestyle & Diet -Physiotherapy: Rozana passive aur active exercises karein, saath hi electrical stimulation bhi. -Yoga: Gentle pranayama jaise Anulom-Vilom aur Bhramari nerve ko calm karne ke liye. -Diet: Garam, poshak khana — moong dal, ghee, ginger tea, walnuts. -Avoid karein: Thande khane/peene ki cheezein, fried/oily items, aur stress.
