Yes, generally Medohar Guggulu can be taken even after gallbladder removal if surgery was 8 months ago and digestion is normal. Dose: 1–2 tablets twice daily after food with warm water. But at age 64, start with 1 tablet twice daily for few days first Avoid if Acidity or loose motions Liver disease Severe weakness Taking blood thinner medicines without doctor advice.

Gallbladder laparoscopic surgery ko 8 months ho gaye hain, to sirf gallbladder nikalne ki wajah se Medohar Guggulu bilkul mana nahi hoti. Lekin age 64 years me aur agar digestion weak/acid reflux/loose motion, liver enzymes high, blood thinner, BP/diabetes/thyroid ki medicines chal rahi hain, Medohar Guggulu Kapha–Meda har hoti hai, weight/cholesterol tendency me use hoti hai, lekin gallbladder removal ke baad bile digestion pattern change hota hai, isliye dose धीरे-धीरे start karein. —Start: 1 tablet twice daily after meals with lukewarm water for 7 days. Agar acidity, burning, loose stool, पेट दर्द, nausea na ho, then 2 tablets twice daily after meals li ja sakti hain. Duration: 6–8 weeks, then review.
