Extra glucose in urine with dry mouth can suggest high blood sugar or early diabetes. She should check:
Fasting blood sugar
PP blood sugar
HbA1c
Urine routine
Take
Nishamalaki tablet – 2 tablets twice daily after food
Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after food
Gudmar powder – 3 grams twice daily before food with warm water
Methi seeds soaked overnight – 1 spoon morning
Diet
Avoid sugar, sweets, bakery, soft drinks, excess rice
Take barley, green gram, vegetables, millets
Walk 30 minutes daily

Meetha, sugar, cold drinks, fruit juice, maida, bakery items avoid.
White rice, potato, fried food kam karein.
Jau, bajra, ragi, multigrain atta, green vegetables, salad, dal use karein.
Din me pani sips me lein.
—Lifestyle
Daily 30–40 min walk.
Dinner ke baad 10–15 min walk.
Weight aur sugar monitoring regular rakhein.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, extra glucose in urine + dry mouth in a known diabetic patient usually indicates Madhumeha (Prameha) imbalance, often due to aggravated Kapha–Pitta and weak glucose metabolism.
Possible cause
Uncontrolled or fluctuating blood sugar levels
Poor tissue glucose utilization (impaired Agni/metabolism)
Dehydration leading to dryness of mouth (tṛṣṇā)
What she can do (Ayurveda approach)
1. Herbs (supportive use):
Gudmar (Gymnema sylvestre) – helps reduce sugar absorption
Karela (bitter gourd) juice – 20–30 ml in morning
Jamun seed powder – 1–2 g with lukewarm water after meals
Methi (fenugreek) seeds – soaked overnight, water in morning
2. Diet guidance:
Avoid sugar, white rice, sweets, bakery items
Prefer: barley (jau), millets, green vegetables, bitter foods
Take small frequent meals instead of large meals
3. For dry mouth:
Sip warm water throughout the day
Chew 2–3 soaked almonds or fennel (saunf)
Maintain good oral hygiene, rinse mouth with Triphala water if available
4. Lifestyle:
