Main breastfeeding karwati hu. Mera bacha 1.5 years ka hai. Kya main she care juice pee sakti hu. Mujhe thakawat aur kamjori rehti thi maine revital khana shuru kiya tha lekin thode din baad fr koi asar nahi tha. Tab maine she care juice k baare me dekha tha.

they are not the ideal or primary choice for treating general lactation fatigue. ​Target Action: These formulations are designed primarily to regulate menstruation and clear uterine toxins (Garbhashya Shodhana). They contain several bitter (Tikta) and astringent (Kashaya) herbs.
​The Lactation Risk: Bitter and cooling herbs can sometimes increase Vata Dosha if taken blindly, and they might inadvertently reduce milk output (Stanya) or alter its taste, even if your baby is already 1.5 years old and taking solids. ​Better Alternatives exist: Since your primary complaint is pure physical weakness and tiredness rather than a menstrual disorder, Ayurveda offers far superior, nourishing, and time-tested Rasayana (rejuvenating) options that are completely safe for both you and your child. To rebuild your strength, nourish your tissues (Dhatu Poshana), and boost your Ojas, I recommend focusing on Balya (strength-giving) and Brimhana (nourishing) herbs: ​1.
