Ayurveda, this pattern is mainly Pitta aggravation in the digestive + urinary system (Pachaka & Mutravaha srotas). 1) Medicines Avipattikar Churna – 1–2 tsp with lukewarm water after meals for acidity & indigestion Chandraprabha Vati – supports burning urination and urinary irritation Gokshura (Tribulus) or Punarnava tablet/decoction – helps soothe urinary tract and reduce burning Yashtimadhu (Licorice) – cooling, protects stomach lining 2) Simple home support Drink coriander + fennel seed water (soaked overnight, boiled lightly) Amla juice or powder in morning (cooling for Pitta) Adequate water intake, but sip slowly 3) Diet & lifestyle Avoid: spicy, fried, sour, fermented foods, tea/coffee, alcohol Prefer: rice, moong dal, bottle gourd, cucumber, coconut water Avoid direct heat, sun exposure, and late-night eating
