Yes, Ashwagandha Ghritam can be used for Snehana when there is Vata aggravation, dryness, weakness, stress, poor sleep or dhātu-kshaya. —For Rasāyana, it is Balya, Brimhana and Dhātu-poshak, so it may cause healthy weight gain mainly in underweight or weak patients. In a normal-weight person, if taken in proper dose with good digestion, it usually improves strength, stamina and sleep rather than causing excessive weight gain. —Avoid or use carefully in Kapha prakriti, obesity, mandāgni, heaviness, high cholesterol tendency, loose motions or ama symptoms.

It may increase weight mildly in people with: weak metabolism low activity kapha predominance high-calorie diet Usually it improves strength, muscle mass, sleep, and recovery more than causing excess fat when taken in proper dose. Short use: Ashwagandha Ghritam 5–10 ml early morning with warm milk or warm water For Rasayana Use light diet Daily exercise/walking Avoid excess sweets and daytime sleep

Yes, Ashwagandha Ghritam can be used for Snehana preparation if advised according to your Agni, Prakruti, and disease condition. It is a nourishing medicated ghee mainly useful in Vata disorders, weakness, stress, infertility, and Rasāyana therapy. For Rasāyana use, it may cause mild weight gain in some people because it is Brimhana (body nourishing) and ghee-based. However, in a person with: normal metabolism, balanced diet, and light physical activity, it usually improves strength, stamina, sleep, and tissue nourishment more than excessive fat gain. To avoid unwanted weight gain: Take it in the proper dose only. Follow light exercise/yoga daily. Avoid heavy, oily, and excessively sweet foods. Use under guidance if you have weak digestion or Kapha tendency. If taken correctly, Ashwagandha Ghritam works more as a rejuvenative tonic than simply a weight-gaining medicine.
