How to reduce internal heat..I get acne and white discharge because of it..my ears become red when my body is too hot. Sometimes I get lower abdominal pain too when internal heat is more

Ayurveda ke hisab se aapke symptoms Pitta prakop aur Rakta dushti ke karan ho sakte hain, jisse body heat, acne, कान लाल होना, mood changes aur kabhi-kabhi lower abdominal discomfort hota hai. Spicy, oily, sour, fermented food, tea/coffee aur late night jagna avoid karein. ----Diet me coconut water, saunf/coriander water, amla, gulkand, pomegranate, lauki-tori, moong dal lein. Body ko cool rakhne ke liye stress kam karein aur pani achha piyein. ----Rx: 1) Avipattikar Churna – 3 gm रात को गुनगुने पानी से 2) Praval Pishti – 125 mg + Giloy Satva 250 mg, दिन में 2 बार शहद/पानी से 3) bhoomi amla sawaras – 20 ml + 20 ml पानी, सुबह खाली पेट 4) Usheerasav – 15 ml + 15 ml पानी, भोजन के बाद दिन में 2 बार 5) Pushyanug Churna – 3 gm दिन में 2 बार, चावल के मांड/शहद से ----Pathya: नारियल पानी, सौंफ/धनिया पानी, अनार, आंवला, लौकी-तोरी, मूंग दाल। ----Apathya: तीखा, खट्टा, तला हुआ, fermented food, tea/coffee, late night जागना।
