Ye sb poshan ki kmi , agni mandya s horha h. –Pathya: doodh, ghee, moong dal, khichdi, dry fruits, dates, jeera-ajwain water, achhi neend. –Avoid: fasting, spicy/junk food, cold drinks, excessive tea/coffee. – if no relief in 15 days then go for some tests Advice: CBC/Hb, Vit D, B12, Thyroid test karwa lein. —Rx: 1) Shatavari cap 1 cap with warm milk, BD after food 2) Drakshasava – 10 ml + 10 ml water, BD after food (if digestion weak)
