How to treat severe abdominal issues and erectile weakness after infections and normal test results? - #55659
I dealing with severe abdominal issues, poor-texture pale stools, zero libido, and weak erections since January 2026. In January, I was diagnosed with fatty liver, followed by a stool test in March showing Entamoeba histolytica cysts. In May, a stool culture tested positive for Shigella Group (low growth), which I just treated with a full course of Ciprofloxacin and Nizonide. While the active infection is gone and repeat testing shows the liver fat is now completely gone, my bloating, pale stools, erectile weakness, and loose scrotal texture remain.Because of these chronic symptoms, I have undergone extensive medical testing. A CECT Whole Abdomen, Upper Endoscopy, and Sigmoidoscopy were all completely normal, showing a healthy prostate, bladder, and bowel wall. An Echocardiogram showed flawless cardiac function (LVEF 59%). A Hormone Panel (Max Hospital) revealed excellent, youthful levels: Free Testosterone is 22.80 pg/mL, LH is 3.07 mIU/mL, and Prolactin is 7.64 ng/mL. Furthermore, a Stool PCR DNA panel came back entirely negative for parasites, while blood work showed a normal Thyroid (TSH 1.35), normal Hemoglobin (15.4 g/dl), normal tTG IgA (0.7 U/mL), and normal CRP (2.7 mg/L). The only deficit found is low Vitamin D. Are this pelvic floor muscle tightness or other problem . I m feeling fatigue as well weakness in body, feel like body is not getting what i eat
