Your symptoms are likely related to cold-induced chilblains (Pernio) or poor peripheral circulation caused by extreme cold exposure. In Ayurveda, this condition is commonly associated with aggravated Vata and Kapha dosha, leading to poor blood circulation, numbness, pain, and skin inflammation during winter. Advice: Keep feet continuously warm and dry. Avoid direct exposure to snow, cold floors, and tight shoes. Use insulated woolen socks and soft, warm footwear. Daily gentle massage with warm Mahanarayan oil or sesame oil can help improve circulation. Ayurvedic medicines like Kanchanar Guggulu, Punarnava Mandur, or Ashwagandha may help… Take warm foods, soups, ginger, garlic, and avoid excessive cold foods/drinks in winter.
How to take these ayurvedic medicines?
Tab Punarnava mandoor - 2 tab twice a day after meal Mahanarayan tailam - local application on feet at bed time
