Lekin, ek Doctor ke naate main aapko seedhe ise shuru karne ki salah nahi dunga. Iske peeche kuch mahatvapurna kaaran hain: ​1. Modern BP Dawaiyon ke Saath Interaction ​Aap 20 saal se high BP ki jo dawai le rahi hain, use bina apne doctor ki salah ke kabhi bhi band ya kam nahi karna hai. Medha Vati mein jo herbs hain (jaise Jatamansi aur Ashwagandha), wo bhi blood pressure ko thoda kam karti hain. Agar aap ise apni regular BP ki dawai ke saath bina monitoring ke lengi, toh achanak blood pressure zyada low (Hypotension) hone ka khatra rehta hai, jisse chakkar aana ya kamzori ho sakti hai. ​2. Dosha Balance aur Doosre Kaaran ​Anidra aur anxiety ko theek karne ke liye sirf ek goli kha lena kafi nahi hota. Hamein ye dekhna hoga ki aapka blood pressure is waqt kitna rehta hai aur kya ye naye lakshan aapki purani dawaiyon ke kisi side effect ya shareer mein iron/vitamin ki kami se toh nahi hain. ••Goli Shuru Karne Ka Sahi Tareeqa: Agar aapke doctor aapko Medha Vati lene ki salah dete hain, toh aamtaur par iski 1 goli din mein do baar (subah aur shaam) khane ke baad gungune paani ya doodh ke saath li jaati hai. Lekin iski shuruat hamesha doctor ki dekhrekh mein hi honi chahiye taaki aapka BP track kiya ja sake. ••​Gharalu aur Surakshit Upay (Ayurvedic Lifestyle): •Shiroabhyanga (Head Massage): Raat ko sote samay til ke tel (sesame oil) ya Brahmi tel se sar aur pairon ke talwon (soles) ki malish karein. Yeh anidra aur anxiety ke liye ramban ilaj hai aur iska BP ki dawai par koi bura asar nahi padta. •​Pranayama: Subah uthkar 10-15 minute Bhramari aur Anulom-Vilom pranayama karein. Ye dimaag ko shant karega aur memory badhane mein madad karega.
