मुख्य आयुर्वेदिक औषधियाँ (Best Ayurvedic Medicines) ​अश्वगंधादि चूर्ण (Ashwagandha Churn) या कैप्सूल: ​क्यों लें: अश्वगंधा आयुर्वेद की सबसे शक्तिशाली बल्य (strength-giving) और रसायन औषधि है। यह शारीरिक कमजोरी, मांसपेशियों की थकावट और तनाव को दूर कर शरीर में नई ऊर्जा लाती है। ​कैसे लें: 1 छोटा चम्मच (3-5 ग्राम) चूर्ण या 1-1 कैप्सूल सुबह और रात को गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें। ​सिद्ध मकरध्वज (Siddha Makardhwaj) या वसंत कुसुमाकर रस (Basant Kusumakar Ras): ​क्यों लें: 45-50 की उम्र के बाद शरीर में तुरंत ताकत और ‘जान’ लाने के लिए ये क्लासिकल स्वर्ण-युक्त (Gold-containing) औषधियाँ बेहतरीन काम करती हैं। यह नसों की कमजोरी को दूर करती हैं और इम्यूनिटी बढ़ाती हैं। ​कैसे लें: 1-1 गोली सुबह-शाम शहद या मलाई के साथ (या किसी नजदीकी डॉक्टर की सलाह अनुसार)। ​च्यवनप्राश (Especialy अवलेह रूप में): ​क्यों लें: यदि पाचन ठीक है, तो डाबर, बैद्यनाथ या कोटक्कल का प्रीमियम च्यवनप्राश शरीर के सभी 7 धातुओं (रस, रक्त, मांस, मेद, अस्थि, मज्जा, शुक्र) को पोषण देता है। ​कैसे लें: सुबह खाली पेट 1 चम्मच गुनगुने दूध के साथ। ​2. टॉनिक/सिरप (For Quick Energy & Digestion) ​अश्वगंधारिष्ट (Ashwagandharishta) + बलरामृत (Balarishta): ​क्यों लें: यह लिक्विड टॉनिक पाचन को सुधारता है, भूख बढ़ाता है और खाया-पिया शरीर को लगने में मदद करता है। यह शारीरिक और मानसिक दोनों थकान को मिटाता है। ​कैसे लें: 15-20 ml (लगभग 3-4 चम्मच) दवाई में बराबर मात्रा में गुनगुना पानी मिलाकर दोपहर और रात के भोजन के आधे घंटे बाद लें। ​3. ताकत के लिए घरेलू व आहार नियम (Diet & Lifestyle) ​दवाइयों के साथ-साथ शरीर में असली ताकत सही खान-पान से आएगी: ​सप्तधातु पोषक दूध: रात को सोते समय एक गिलास दूध में 2-3 खजूर (Dates), 4 बादाम और चुटकी भर इलायची पाउडर उबालकर लें। यह शरीर के लिए प्राकृतिक पावर-बूस्टर है। ​घी का सेवन: यदि कोलेस्ट्रॉल या दिल की कोई समस्या नहीं है, तो भोजन में 1-2 चम्मच शुद्ध देसी गाय का घी जरूर शामिल करें। आयुर्वेद में ओज (vitality) बढ़ाने के लिए घी को सर्वोत्तम माना गया है। ​मौसमी फल: अनार, पका हुआ केला और खजूर का सेवन रोज करें।
