I started drinking Krishna Ayurveda She Care Juice, after 15 days I started having gas problem, I took medicine which reduced the gas problem but mild pain in the stomach continued. What should I do?

Why did this cause Gas and Stomach Pain? ​Krishna Ayurveda She Care Juice contains a potent blend of deep-acting, astringent (Kashaya Rasa) and pungent (Katu Rasa) herbs like Ashok Chhal, Daruharidra, Chirayta, Sonth, and Triphala. ​While these herbs are excellent for managing hormonal balance, regulating cycles, or dealing with PCOS/PCOD, they have specific properties that can impact a sensitive stomach: ••​Agni Mandya (Weakened Digestive Fire): The concentrated nature of raw herbal juices can sometimes overwhelm a mild digestive fire, leading to incomplete digestion (Ama formation), which causes gas and bloating. ​Vata Aggravation: The dry and astringent properties of herbs like Ashok Chhal can trap gas in the lower intestines, leading to flatulence and cramping. ••​Pitta Irritation: Strong herbs like Chirayta and Daruharidra can cause mild inflammation or a burning sensation in the gastric mucosa, which often manifests as that lingering, dull, mild stomach pain. ••​Step-by-Step Management Protocol ​As an Ayurvedic doctor, I recommend following these steps immediately to calm your stomach and resolve the pain: ​1. Temporary Pause •​Stop taking the She Care Juice for the next 3 to 5 days. Your gut lining needs a reset period to clear out the accumulated Ama (toxins) and calm the aggravated Doshas. ​2. Ayurvedic Kitchen Remedies for Relief ​To address the lingering mild pain and ensure the gas doesn’t build up again, try these simple, effective remedies: ••​Jeera-Sounf Water: Boil 1 teaspoon of Cumin seeds (Jeera) and 1 teaspoon of Fennel seeds (Sounf) in 2 cups of water.
