Ayurveda mein sharir ki kisi bhi tarah ke involuntary movement (fudakna ya fadakana) ko Vata Dosha ki vriddhi (aggravation) se joda jata hai.
​Chala Guna: Vata ka swabhav hi ‘chala’ (movement) hai. Jab bachhe ke pet ya chest area mein vata badhta hai, toh wahan ki manspeshiyon (muscles) mein aisi halchal dikh sakti hai.
​Manda Agni (Weak Digestion): Agar bachhe ka haazma thik nahi hai, pet mein gas (adhmana) ban rahi hai, ya apach (indigestion) hai, toh woh badha hua vata diaphragm par dabav dalta hai, jisse raat ko sotey samay aisi halchal mehsoos ho sakti hai.
​2. Diaphragm se Sambandhit Pehlu (Modern Perspective)
​Aapne bilkul sahi andaza lagaya, chest aur pet ke beech Diaphragm muscle hi hoti hai. Yeh lakshan us se juda ho sakta hai:
​Hiccups (Hichki): Kai baar raat ko sote samay bachhe ko halki hichki aati hai jo diaphragm ke involuntary contraction ki wajah se hoti hai. Yeh aam taur par normal hai.
​Transient Myoclonus: Sote samay manspeshiyon ka jhatka lena (twitching) bachhon mein aam hota hai aur yeh nervous system ke vikas ka ek hissa ho sakta hai.
​Respiratory Distress (Sanskrichrati): Agar bachhe ko saans lene mein takleef ho rahi hai aur woh saans khinchne ke liye diaphragm ka zyada istemal kar raha hai (jise medical terms mein retractions kehte hain), toh yeh chinta ka vishay ho sakta hai.

​Bachhe ki saans chalne ki raftaar bohot tez ho.
​Saans lete samay naak ke nathune (nostrils) phool rahe hon.
​Bachha bohot zyada ro raha ho, chidchida ho raha ho, ya doodh/khana nahi kha raha ho.
​Hothon ya chehre par neelapan (cyanosis) dikhe.
