To improve stamina and sexual strength, Ayurveda focuses on strengthening digestion, improving energy (Ojas), reducing stress, and nourishing reproductive tissues (Shukra dhatu). For better stamina, include: Milk with soaked almonds, dates, and a little ghee Banana, black raisins, figs, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds Protein-rich balanced diet with proper sleep and regular exercise Daily yoga, Surya Namaskar, brisk walking, and pranayama Common Ayurvedic support: Ashwagandha Shilajit Safed Musli Kaunch Beej Regarding penis girth: there is no scientifically proven natural medicine, oil, or exercise that can permanently and significantly increase penis thickness. Many products advertised online are unsafe or misleading. Ayurveda mainly helps by improving blood circulation, erection quality, confidence, and sexual performance rather than permanently enlarging size. Avoid smoking, alcohol excess, stress, late-night habits, and pornography addiction, as these reduce stamina over time. For stamina and strength: Diet Daily milk with 1 tsp ghee at night Soaked almonds 5 + black raisins 10 in morning Eat dates, banana, sesame, moong dal, eggs if non-veg Avoid excess masturbation, alcohol, smoking, junk food, late nights Take Ashwagandha churna 5 gm with warm milk at night Shilajit 250 mg twice daily after food Chyawanprash 1 tsp morning For penis girth No medicine can permanently increase girth significantly naturally. Regular exercise, weight control, good sleep, and better blood flow improve erection quality and appearance. Do Kegel exercises daily. Avoid oils, pumps, or unsafe enlargement products.
