आपके लक्षण (सिर से कमर और पैरों तक दर्द, दर्दनाशक से भी आराम न मिलना) अक्सर वात दोष बढ़ने, नसों की कमजोरी या कभी-कभी सायटिका (Sciatica) जैसी स्थिति में देखे जाते हैं। योगराज गुग्गुलु – नसों और जोड़ों के दर्द में बहुत उपयोगी महायोगराज गुग्गुलु – गंभीर वात दर्द में दशमूल कषाय – शरीर के दर्द और सूजन को कम करता है अश्वगंधा चूर्ण – नसों को मजबूत करता है और कमजोरी दूर करता है 2. बाहरी उपचार (बहुत प्रभावी) नारायण तेल / महानारायण तेल से हल्की मालिश (रात को सोने से पहले) इसके बाद गर्म पानी की सिकाई करें अगर संभव हो तो कटी बस्ती / जाँघ-पृष्ठ बस्ती आयुर्वेदिक पंचकर्म करवाएं 3. आहार और जीवनशैली ठंडी चीजें, दही, ठंडा पानी कम करें गर्म, हल्का और सुपाच्य भोजन लें (खिचड़ी, मूंग दाल) सुबह हल्की वॉक और स्ट्रेचिंग करें लंबे समय तक बैठना या झुकना कम करें 4. घरेलू सहायक उपाय रात में गुनगुना दूध + अश्वगंधा तिल के तेल की मालिश भी बहुत लाभकारी है

​1. Ayurvedic Aushadhi (Oral Medicines) •​Yograj Guggulu / Mahayograj Guggulu: 2-2 goli subah aur shaam ko khana khane ke baad gungune paani ya Dashmoolarishta ke saath lein. (Yeh joints, muscles aur nerves se Vaat ko nikalne ke liye sabse behtar hai). •​Ekangveer Ras: 1-1 goli subah-shaam. Yeh nervous system ko takat deta hai aur shareer ke nason ke dard (neuralgia) ko khichta hai. ••​Dashmoolarishta: 4 chammach (20 ml) dawai mein 4 chammach gunguna paani milakar din mein do baar khana khane ke 20 minute baad lein. Yeh poore sharir ke dard aur thakan ke liye ek behtareen Vaat-shamak tonic hai. ••​Ashwagandha Churna / Capsule: 1 capsule ya 3 gram churna raat ko sote samay gungune doodh ke saath lein. Yeh sharir ko bal dega aur pain tolerance badhayega. ​2. Bahya Upchar (External Management - Sabse Jaruri) ​Jab dard painkiller se bhi na ja raha ho, toh sharir ko bahar se lubrication (Snehana) ki sakht jarurat hoti hai: ••​Mahanarayan Taila ya Prasarini Taila: Is tel ko thoda gunguna karke subah-shaam poori peeth (neck se lekar kamar tak) aur pairon par halke haath se Anulom gati (upar se niche ki taraf) mein maalish karein. ••​Swedana (Seka): Maalish ke 10-15 minute baad gungune paani se snan karein ya fir namak/balu (sand) ki potali banakar sek karein. Isse nason ki jadan khulegi aur dard mein turant aaram milega. DIET PLAN ❌ AVOID – Rice at night – Sugar – White flour stuff – Potatoes – Fried foods – Bakery treats ✅ INCLUDE – Roti – Moong dal – Veggies – Salad – Buttermilk – Nuts
