Brahmi Vati लेते समय बहुत ज्यादा खट्टा, तला-भुना, junk food और excessive tea/coffee कम रखें। दही ले सकते हैं, लेकिन रात में avoid करें। अचार और citric acid वाली चीजें सीमित मात्रा में लें। सात्विक आहार, अच्छी नींद और तनाव कम रखने से दवा का लाभ बेहतर मिलता

When taking Brahmi Vati (a classical Ayurvedic medhya rasayana for memory and nervous system support), diet plays a supporting role in improving its effect. Diet to Prefer Fresh, light, and easily digestible food Warm cooked meals (khichdi, rice, vegetables) Milk (preferably warm at night, if it suits you) Nuts like almonds (soaked) in moderation Ghee in small quantity (supports brain nourishment) What to Avoid To get better results from Brahmi Vati, try to limit: Very spicy, fried, and junk food Excess tea/coffee (can increase restlessness) Alcohol and smoking (if applicable) Heavy, stale, or processed food Overeating and irregular meal timings Sleeping immediately after heavy meals Yogurt (Dahi) & Pickles (Achar) Since you consume them daily and have no issues: Yogurt (Dahi): Can be taken in moderation Best in daytime with meals Avoid at night (can increase mucus and heaviness) Pickles (Achar): Small quantity is fine Avoid excess (too sour/spicy may disturb mind balance and digestion over time) Citric acid foods: Occasional use is okay Avoid frequent high sour intake, especially on empty stomach or in excess Key Ayurvedic Principle Brahmi Vati works best when the mind stays calm, cool, and sattvic. So the main goal is: “Avoid overstimulation of heat (Pitta) and heaviness (Kapha).”
