Excess sensitivity is commonly due to irritation, excess friction, or aggravated Vata-Pitta. Avoid excessive masturbation, spicy foods, and friction for a few weeks. Maintain hygiene, proper sleep, and take nourishing diet like milk, ghee, almonds. If burning, redness, discharge, or pain is present, consult. —rx 1) cap Ashwagandha 1 cap at bed time with milk 2) musali pak 1 tsf in morning with milk –for 30 days then follow up
