आपके लक्षण — शरीर में अधिक गर्मी, हाथ-पैर गर्म रहना, पेट ठीक से साफ न होना, चेहरे पर दाने और चिड़चिड़ापन — आयुर्वेद के अनुसार मुख्यतः पित्त एवं वात दोष बढ़ने की ओर संकेत करते हैं। जब पाचन अग्नि असंतुलित हो जाती है, तब शरीर में गर्मी, त्वचा समस्याएँ और मन में बेचैनी बढ़ सकती है। आयुर्वेद में इसका उपचार शरीर को अंदर से शांत करने, पाचन सुधारने और रक्तशुद्धि पर आधारित होता है। सुबह खाली पेट गुनगुना पानी पिएं। दिन में पर्याप्त पानी और नारियल पानी लें। भोजन में हल्का एवं ठंडक देने वाला आहार रखें — जैसे लौकी, तोरी, खीरा, धनिया, सौंफ, मूंग दाल। रात को 1 चम्मच गाय का घी गुनगुने दूध या भोजन में लें, इससे पित्त शांत होता है और पेट साफ रहने में मदद मिलती है। चेहरे के दानों और शरीर की गर्मी के लिए नीम, गिलोय, आंवला उपयोगी माने जाते हैं। रोज 20–30 मिनट सुबह की सैर और पर्याप्त नींद लें। तनाव, गुस्सा और देर रात जागना कम करें, क्योंकि इससे पित्त और बढ़ता है। किन चीजों से बचें ज्यादा मसालेदार, तला-भुना और फास्ट फूड चाय, कॉफी, शराब, धूम्रपान बहुत ज्यादा मिर्च, गरम तासीर वाले खाद्य पदार्थ देर रात खाना और कब्ज रोककर रखना आयुर्वेदिक सहायता अविपत्तिकर चूर्ण गंधक रसायन महामंजिष्ठादि क्वाथ जैसी औषधियाँ उपयोगी हो सकती हैं

Is wajah se body heat, haath-paon garam rehna, acne/dane, irritability aur pet saaf na hona hota hai. —rx 1) Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp raat ko गुनगुने पानी ke sath 2) Mahamanjisthadi Kwath – 15 ml + 15 ml pani, din me 2 baar khane ke baad 3) Gandhak Rasayan – 1 tablet din me 2 baar after food 4) Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet din me 2 baar after food ----Pathya (Diet Advice): Teekha, oily, fast food, chai/coffee kam karein Dahi, cold drink, bakery items avoid karein Dhaniya, saunf, coconut water, gulkand useful rahenge Roz 7–8 glass pani aur proper sleep lein ----Agar constipation zyada ho ya periods/hormonal issue bhi ho to uske hisaab se medicines thodi change ki ja sakti hain.
