Hairfall ke Liye Vishesh Upay Jab tak andaruni hormone theek nahi honge, hairfall puri tarah nahi rukega, lekin baalo ko bahar se takat dene ke liye: ••Nasya Chikitsa: Roz raat ko sote samay dono naak ke chhedo (nostrils) mein 2-2 boond Anu Taila ya shuddh Badam Tel (Almond oil) dalein. Ayurveda mein ise baalo aur chehre ke tej ke liye sabse uttam mana gaya hai. ••Mahabhringraj Taila: Hafte mein do baar is tel se scalp ki halki malish karein. 3. Pathya-Apathya (Diet & Lifestyle - Sabse Zaroori) ••Dawa tabhi 100% kaam karegi jab aap apni Agni (digestive fire) ko theek karenge: •Namak (Salt) kam karein: Chehre par jo ‘triple size’ sujan lag rahi hai, woh water retention ho sakti hai.
