यह “अर्श (मसा)” में सूजन, कब्ज और पित्त-वात वृद्धि के कारण जलन व तीव्र दर्द हो सकता है। पहले कब्ज और सूजन कम करना जरूरी है। ज्यादा दर्द, बैठने में परेशानी और फ्रेश होते समय दर्द होने पर तुरंत उपचार शुरू करें। -----rx 1) Tab Arshkalp Vati – 2 गोली सुबह-शाम भोजन के बाद 2) Abhayarishta – 20 ml बराबर पानी मिलाकर रात में भोजन के बाद 3) Triphala Churna – 1 चम्मच गुनगुने पानी से रात को 4) Pilex Ointment – मस्से पर दिन में 2–3 बार लगाएं 5)!Sitz Bath – गुनगुने पानी में 10 मिनट दिन में 2 बार बैठें ----परहेज: मिर्च-मसाला, चाय, शराब, बाहर का खाना बंद कब्ज बिल्कुल न होने दें ज्यादा देर बैठना और जोर लगाना avoid करें पानी और फाइबर ज्यादा लें यदि खून आना, बुखार, या सूजन बहुत बढ़ जाए तो तुरंत सर्जन/डॉक्टर को दिखाएं।

नमस्ते। आपके लक्षण बवासीर (मसा) में तेज सूजन, जलन और कब्ज के कारण बढ़ी हुई तकलीफ को दर्शाते हैं। Ayurveda के अनुसार यह मुख्यतः वात-पित्त दोष बढ़ने से होता है। सही देखभाल से आराम मिल सकता है। तुरंत क्या करें गुनगुने पानी की सिकाई / Sitz Bath दिन में 2–3 बार 10–15 मिनट करें। इससे दर्द और जलन कम होगी। मस्से पर नारियल तेल या घी हल्के हाथ से लगाएं। कब्ज बिल्कुल न होने दें। रात को सोते समय त्रिफला चूर्ण 1–2 चम्मच गुनगुने पानी से लें। ज्यादा देर बैठने से बचें। दिनभर पर्याप्त पानी पिएं। खाने में क्या रखें मूंग दाल, दलिया, पपीता, छाछ, हरी सब्जियां फाइबर वाला हल्का भोजन मिर्च-मसाला, तला भोजन, शराब, चाय-कॉफी और बाहर का खाना बंद रखें। आयुर्वेदिक औषधियां अर्शकुठार रस त्रिफला गुग्गुल अभयारिष्ट नागकेसर उपयोगी हो सकती हैं। जरूरी सलाह अगर: खून ज्यादा आए सूजन बहुत बढ़ जाए दर्द असहनीय रहे बुखार या पस हो

आप तुरंत निम्नलिखित उपायों को शुरू करें: ​1. तत्काल आराम के लिए आपातकालीन उपाय (Instant Relief) ••​अवगाह स्वेद (Sitz Bath - सबसे ज़रूरी): ​एक बड़े टब में गुनगुना पानी भरें। उसमें 1-2 चम्मच त्रिफला चूर्ण या फिटकरी (Alum) का एक छोटा टुकड़ा डालकर मिला लें। ​इस गुनगुने पानी में अपने नितंबों (Buttocks) को डुबोकर 10 से 15 मिनट के लिए बैठें। •​फायदा: यह सूजन को तुरंत कम करता है, दर्द और जलन से राहत देता है और वहां की मांसपेशियों को आराम (Relax) पहुंचाता है। इसे दिन में 2 से 3 बार करें। ••​स्थानीय लेप और स्नेहन (Local Application): ​शौच जाने से पहले और शौच से आने के बाद, उस स्थान को हल्के गुनगुने पानी से साफ करके जात्यादि तेल (Jatyadi Taila) या शतधौत घृत (Shata-Dhauta Ghrita) उंगली की मदद से मसे पर और गुदा मार्ग के अंदरूनी हिस्से में धीरे से लगाएं। •​फायदा: जात्यादि तेल घाव को भरता है, जलन शांत करता है और मल त्याग को आसान बनाता है जिससे फ्रेश होते समय दर्द नहीं होता। ​2. आंतरिक आयुर्वेदिक औषधियां (Internal Ayurvedic Medicines) ​जलन और दर्द को अंदर से शांत करने के लिए आप किसी भी अच्छे आयुर्वेदिक स्टोर से ये दवाएं ले सकते हैं: ••​अर्शकुठार रस (Arshakuthar Ras): 1-1 गोली सुबह और शाम को भोजन के बाद हल्के गुनगुने पानी से लें। ••​कैशोर गुग्गुलु (Kaishore Guggulu) या त्रिफला गुग्गुलु: 2-2 गोली सुबह और शाम गुनगुने पानी से लें (यह सूजन और दर्द को तेजी से खींचता है)। ••​उशीरासव (Ushirasava): 4 चम्मच (20 ml) दवा में 4 चम्मच पानी मिलाकर दोपहर और रात के भोजन के ठीक बाद लें। यह मलाशय की गर्मी और जलन (पित्त दोष) को तुरंत शांत करता है। ​3. कोष्ठ शुद्धि (मल को मुलायम करने के उपाय) ​चूंकि आपको फ्रेश होने में बहुत दर्द हो रहा है, इसलिए मल का बिल्कुल soft (मुलायम) होना अनिवार्य है ताकि मसे पर रगड़ न लगे: ••​रात को सोते समय 1 चम्मच ईसबगोल की भूसी और 1 चम्मच पंचसकार चूर्ण (या अविपत्तिका चूर्ण) को एक गिलास गुनगुने पानी या दूध के साथ लें। ••​या फिर आप रात को सोते समय 1 गिलास गुनगुने दूध में 1-2 चम्मच गाय का शुद्ध घी मिलाकर पी सकते हैं। इससे आंतों में रूखापन खत्म होगा और सुबह बिना दर्द के पेट साफ होगा। ​4. क्या खाएं और क्या न खाएं (पथ्य-अपथ्य) ​पूरी तरह परहेज करें: लाल मिर्च, हरी मिर्च, गरम मसाला, चाट-पकौड़ी, मैदा, फास्ट फूड, चाय-कॉफ़ी, और अत्यधिक तेल-मसालेदार भोजन बिल्कुल बंद कर दें। बैंगन, उड़द की दाल और कटहल जैसी वात-पित्त बढ़ाने वाली चीजें न खाएं। ​आहार में शामिल करें: मूंग की पतली खिचड़ी (घी डालकर), छाछ (Buttermilk) जिसमें थोड़ा सा भुना जीरा और सेंधा नमक मिला हो, लौकी, तोरई, कद्दू, और दलिया। ​पानी: दिनभर में पर्याप्त मात्रा में गुनगुना या सामान्य पानी पीते रहें।
