Namkeen ki adhik aadat se sharir me sujan, thakan, BP aur hriday par asar ho sakta hai. —Dx Lavan ati-sevan janya Pitta-Rakta dushti, Raktagata Vata —Rx: 1) Sarpagandha Vati – 1 tab hs after food 2) Arjunarishta – 15 ml + equal water bd after meals 3) Punarnava Mandur – 1 tab bd after food —Pathya: Low salt diet Lauki, tori, kheera, anar, coconut water Daily walking & pranayama —Apathya: Chips, pickle, papad, bakery items, packaged snacks —Advice: BP monitoring regularly. Adequate sleep & stress reduction advised.

अधिक नमक खाने की आदत धीरे-धीरे उच्च रक्तचाप (High BP), शरीर में सूजन, कमजोरी, थकान और हृदय पर दबाव बढ़ा सकती है। आयुर्वेद में इसे पित्त व कफ वृद्धि का कारण माना जाता है। सही दिनचर्या और आहार से यह आदत धीरे-धीरे कम की जा सकती है। आयुर्वेदिक सुझाव खाने में नमक एकदम बंद न करें, बल्कि धीरे-धीरे कम करें। साधारण नमक की जगह सीमित मात्रा में सेंधा नमक उपयोग करें। रोज़ ताज़े फल, सलाद, नारियल पानी, खीरा, लौकी, तरबूज जैसे शीतल आहार लें। चिप्स, नमकीन, अचार, पापड़, पैकेट फूड और फास्ट फूड से बचें। स्वाद बढ़ाने के लिए नींबू, धनिया, जीरा, पुदीना, काली मिर्च का उपयोग करें ताकि नमक की craving कम हो। सुबह गुनगुने पानी में 1 चम्मच धनिया भिगोकर उसका पानी पीना BP और शरीर की गर्मी में लाभ देता है। रोज़ 30 मिनट हल्की सैर और गहरी साँस (अनुलोम-विलोम) करें। पर्याप्त नींद लें और तनाव कम रखें, क्योंकि तनाव में नमकीन खाने की इच्छा बढ़ती है। आयुर्वेदिक औषधि सर्पगंधा, अर्जुन, ब्राह्मी युक्त औषधियाँ BP और मन को शांत रखने में सहायक हो सकती हैं। यदि BP लगातार बढ़ा रहता है या चक्कर/घबराहट रहती है तो नज़दीकी चिकित्सक से जाँच अवश्य करवाएँ। धीरे-धीरे आदत बदलने से 3–4 सप्ताह में नमक की craving काफी कम होने लगती है।

Yeh calcium ki kami ko poora karegi, jisse slaty khane ki talab apne aap khatam hone lagegi. •••​Vidangarishta: 3 chammach davai mein 3 chammach paani milakar din mein do baar khane ke baad lein. Mitti khane se pet mein keede (worms) ho jaate hain, jo khoon ko badhne nahi dete. Yeh davai pet ke keedon ko saaf karegi. ​2. Jab Slaty Khane ka Mann Kare, Toh Kya Karein? ••​Jab bhi aapka mann slaty uthane ka kare, toh uski jagah ye cheezein mooh mein rakhein: ​•Bhuna hua Chana aur Gud (Jaggery): Isme bharpoor iron aur calcium hota hai. Yeh slaty ka sabse behtareen aur swasth vikalp hai. •​Mulethi (Licorice) ka tukda: Ise mooh mein rakhkar choosein. Iska swad mooh ka zaika badal dega aur talab ko kam karega. ​3. Khoon Badhane aur Saans Phoolna Kam Karne ke Upay ••​Sharer mein hemoglobin badhane ke liye apni diet mein yeh badlav turant karein: ​Anar aur Chukandar (Beetroot): Rozana ek glass anar aur chukandar ka ras piyein. ••​Kala Chana: Kale chane ko raat mein bhigo dein aur subah ubal kar ya aise hi chaba-chaba kar khayein. ••​Kishmish aur Munakka: 8-10 munakke raat ko paani mein bhigo dein, subah unke beej nikal kar khayein aur woh paani bhi pi lein.
