My age is 40,female & weight is 70. I am having lipomas all over body, and increasing. i got 2 more in last month in stomach and center of rib cage. can i have some solution to remove the existing lipomas and stopped getting new one. plz suggest

Multiple lipomas developing over the body are commonly related in Ayurveda to an imbalance of Kapha & Meda Dhatu (fat tissue metabolism) along with slow digestion and toxin accumulation (Ama). Since you also have a family history, the tendency may be genetic, but Ayurveda can help slow their growth and reduce formation of new lipomas naturally. Ayurvedic Management Kanchanar Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after meals with warm water. Helps in reducing abnormal fatty growths and balancing Kapha. Triphala Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after meals. Supports detoxification and improves fat metabolism. Triphala powder – 1 tsp at bedtime with lukewarm water for better digestion and cleansing. External Care Gentle massage with warm Triphala oil or sesame oil 3–4 times weekly may help improve circulation. Avoid pressing or repeatedly touching lipomas. Diet & Lifestyle Prefer warm, light meals and regular exercise/walking. Include turmeric, ginger, garlic, black pepper, green vegetables. Maintain healthy weight gradually. Avoid: Fried, oily, sugary, bakery and heavy dairy foods Cold drinks, overeating and late-night meals Sedentary lifestyle

Kanchanar has powerful astringent and scraping (Lekhana) properties, while Guggulu clears channels and reduces kapha/medas. •​Dosage: 2 tablets twice a day, 30 minutes after meals with warm water. ••​Arogyavardhini Vati: This formulation stimulates the liver, improves fat metabolism, and helps clear Ama from the body. •​Dosage: 1 tablet twice a day after meals. ••​Triphala Guggulu / Varunadi Kwath: Varunadi Kwath acts as a potent internal scraping agent that targets fatty accumulations. ••​Dosage (Kwath): 15–20 ml mixed with an equal quantity of warm water, taken on an empty stomach in the morning and evening. ​2. External Scrape and Application ​While internal medicine corrects the root cause, external application helps soften the lipomas: ••​Udwarthanam (Dry Powder Scrub): Massage the areas around the lipomas (in an upward direction, against the hair follicles) using a dry herbal powder like Kolittha Choorna (Horse gram powder) or Triphala Choorna. This stimulates local fat metabolism and improves circulation. ​Herbal Lepa (Paste): You can prepare a paste of Kanchanar bark powder mixed with a pinch of Turmeric and Gorochana or warm water/aloe vera gel, and apply it over the prominent lipomas daily for 30 minutes. ​3. Dietary Interventions to Stop New Lipomas ​Since new lipomas are actively forming, you must strictly avoid foods that increase Kapha and Meda: ••​Strictly Avoid: Deep-fried foods, heavy dairy (cheese, paneer, thick curd), sweets, refined flour (maida), and excess salt. Avoid sedentary habits right after meals. ​Include: Bitter and astringent tastes which naturally scrape fat. Incorporate spices like Turmeric, Ginger, Black pepper, and Cumin into your cooking to boost your Agni (digestive fire). ••​Warm Water: Drink lukewarm water throughout the day. This simple habit acts as a continuous flush for fat-soluble toxins. ​4. Lifestyle and Metabolic Correction ​Given your current weight of 70 kg, active physical movement is essential to stimulate fat metabolism: ••​Exercise: Engage in at least 30–45 minutes of brisk walking, cycling, or yoga daily. ••​Yoga Asanas: Practices like Kapalbhati Pranayama (deep abdominal breathing) are highly effective in stimulating abdominal organs and balancing fat metabolism, which is particularly useful since you noticed recent growths in the stomach and rib cage area. Surya Namaskar is also excellent. ​Avoid Day Sleep: Sleeping during the day directly increases Kapha and accelerates lipoma formation.
