अगर आप खिलाड़ी हैं और शरीर में Strength, Power, Stamina और Recovery बढ़ाना चाहते हैं, तो आयुर्वेद में अश्वगंधा + विधारा बीज + शतावरी का संयोजन सही माना जाता है। यह शरीर को अंदर से बल, मांसपेशियों की रिकवरी और ऊर्जा देने में मदद करता है। लेकिन सही मात्रा, डाइट और रूटीन बहुत ज़रूरी है। यह Combination कैसे काम करता है? अश्वगंधा → ताकत, स्टैमिना और Muscle Recovery बढ़ाती है विधारा बीज → शरीर में बल और Power बढ़ाने में सहायक शतावरी → कमजोरी, थकान और शरीर की रिकवरी में मदद करती है सेवन विधि इन तीनों का चूर्ण बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर रखें। Dose: 1-1 चम्मच मिश्रण सुबह और रात गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें। बेहतर परिणाम के लिए दूध में: 1 चम्मच शुद्ध घी या थोड़ा मिश्री मिला सकते हैं। साथ में क्या जरूरी है? रोज़ पर्याप्त प्रोटीन लें (दूध, दही, पनीर, मूंग, चना, ड्राई फ्रूट्स) 7–8 घंटे की नींद लें व्यायाम/Training नियमित रखें Workout के बाद Hydration रखें Avoid: जंक फूड Cold drinks देर रात जागना Overtraining अतिरिक्त आयुर्वेदिक Support च्यवनप्राश 1 चम्मच सुबह Musli Pak जैसे बल्य सकते हैं। यदि सही डाइट + नियमित Training + यह आयुर्वेदिक रसायन 2–3 महीने नियमित लिया जाए तो शरीर में प्राकृतिक ताकत, स्टैमिना, Recovery और Sports Performance में अच्छा सुधार देखने को मिलता है।
