Yeh aapke sharir ka Dhatu Poshan (tissue nutrition) karenge aur Asthi Dhatu (bone tissue) ko majboot banayenge. ​1. Ayurvedic Aushadhi (Herbal Supplements) ​Ayurveda mein Rasayana aur Balya dawayen sharir ke vikas mein madad karti hain: ••​Ashwagandha Churna: Yeh sharir mein Human Growth Hormone (HGH) ko stimulate karne aur haddiyon ko takat dene mein sabse uttam hai. ••​Kaise lein: 1 chammach (lagbhag 3-5 gram) Ashwagandha churna ko ek gilaas gungune doodh (warm milk) ke saath raat ko sote samay lein. ••​Shatavari aur Laksha Churna: Agar haddiyon ka vikas dhiima hai, toh doctor ki salaah se inhein bhi Ashwagandha ke saath milakar diya jata hai taaki Asthi Dhatu ka poshan ho sake. ​2. Aahar aur Poshan (Diet for Bone Health) ​Ayurveda kehta hai ki jaisa aahar hoga, vaise hi dhatuvon ka nirman hoga. ••​Calcium aur Protein rich diet: Doodh, dahi, paneer, chana, aur hari pattedar sabziyan zyada khayein. ••​Vitamin D: Subah ki dhoop (sunrise ke baad pehli 15-20 minute ki dhoop) zaroor lein. Iske bina calcium haddiyon mein absorb nahi hota. ​3. Vyayam aur Yoga (Physical Activity) ​Haddiyon aur spine (reedh ki haddi) ko ••stretch karna zaroor shuru karein: •​Tadasana (Palm Tree Pose): Height ke liye sabse behtar yogasana hai. •​Vrikshasana aur Paschimottanasana: Yeh sharir ki flexibility aur posture ko sudhartae hain. •​Spine Stretching: Kisi bar ya pipe par latakna (hanging) aur daudna (running/sprinting) jari rakhein. ​4. Nidra (Sone ka Sahi Samay) ​Hamare sharir mein growth hormone sabse zyada tab banta hai jab hum gheri neend mein hote hain. Raat ko 10 baje se subah 6 baje tak ki 7-8 ghante ki gehrai neend zaroor lein. Raat ko der tak jagne se Vata dosha badhta hai, jo sharir ke vikas ko rokta hai.
