यह समस्या मुख्यतः वात-कफ विकार, नाड़ी दुर्बलता, मानसिक तनाव व गलत औषधि सेवन के कारण बढ़ी हुई लगती है। एक तरफ कमजोरी, सांस में रुकावट, दिल की धड़कन महसूस न होना, भूख-नींद की कमी जैसे लक्षणों को नजरअंदाज न करें। — महत्वपूर्ण: यदि शरीर के एक तरफ ज्यादा कमजोरी, सांस लेने में कठिनाई, सीने में दर्द, बोलने में दिक्कत या चक्कर हो तो तुरंत नज़दीकी डॉक्टर/हॉस्पिटल में जांच करवाएं। —Rx: 1) Tab. Brahmi Vati – 1 tab BD after food 2) Syp. Saraswatarishta – 15 ml + equal water BD after food 3) Sitopaladi Churna – 2 gm BD with honey 4) Goghrita with warm milk at bedtime ----Advice: Stop Ashwagandha, Safed Musli & garlic syrup presently. Avoid spicy, cold food, tobacco, stress & late night जागरण. Do Anulom-Vilom daily for 5 minutes.

Take Brahmi Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food. Saraswatarishta — 15 ml with equal water after meals twice daily. Stop Ashwagandha and Safed Musli for now if symptoms increased after taking them. Do Warm light food Nasya with 2 drops cow ghee in nostrils at night Avoid garlic, heavy gym, stress

​Ek Ayurvedic perspective se aapko turant yeh kadam uthane chahiye: ​1. Turant Pratham Upchar (Immediate Steps) ​Dawaiyan Turant Band Karen: Jo bhi Ashwagandha, Musli, ya Lahsun ka sirka aap le rahe hain, use turant poori tarah band kar dein. ••​Shareer ko Sheetalta (Cooling effect) dein: ​Subah aur shaam ko 1-1 glass thanda doodh (room temperature ya thoda thanda, bina ubaale garam kiye bina) me thodi si mishri milakar piyein. Doodh Pitta aur Vata dono ko shant karta hai aur Shukra dhatu ko bal deta hai. ​Aap Gulkand ka sevan kar sakte hain (1 chammach subah-shaam). ••​Nasal Blockage ke liye: Ek naak se saans na aana Vata ke rukne (avarodha) ke karan ho sakta hai. Iske liye kapdo par thoda sa camphor (kapoor) sungh sakte hain, par dhyan rahe ki abhi koi bhi garam drop naak me na dalein jab tak Pitta shant na ho. ​2. Parhej aur Aahar (Dietary Recommendations) ••​Kya Khayein: Moong dal ki khichdi, daliya, lauki, torai, kaddu, aur kheer. Yeh sab pachan me halke hain aur shareer ko thandak dete hain. Kyunki aapko bhookh nahi lag rahi hai, isliye bhaar khana bilkul na khayein. ••​Kya Na Khayein: Teekha (spicy), namkeen, chatpata, tala-bhuna, chai, coffee, aur lahsun/pyaaz ki matra bilkul kam kar dein.
