••Aankhon me lagatar 24 ghante dard rehna aur najar ka din-pradin kamjor hona ek gambhir lakshan (serious symptom) hai. Ayurveda ke mutabiq, yeh Netra Rog Alocaka Pitta ki dushti aur Vata Dosha ke prakop ke karan ho sakta hai.
Ek Ayurvedic practitioner ke roop me, mai aapko kuch behtareen aur surakshit chikitsa (management) sujhana chahunga, lekin dhyan rahe ki aankhon ka mamla behad sanvedansheel hota hai.
1. Abhyantar Chikitsa (Oral Ayurvedic Medicines)
Aap kisi bhi achhi pharmacy (jaise Baidyanath, Dhootapapeshwar, ya Patanjali) se yeh shastriya aur anubhoot aushadhiyan le sakte hain:
••Saptamrit Lauh: 1-1 tablet (approx. 250mg) subah aur shaam. Isko 1 chammach Shahad (Honey) aur 1 chammach Ghee ke mishran ke sath lena sabse zyada asardari hota hai. (Dhyan rahe, Ghee aur Shahad hamesha barabar matra me nahi hona chahiye, Ghee thoda zyada ya kam rakhein). Yeh drishti (eyesight) badhane ke liye sabse shrestha hai.
••Triphala Churna / Triphala Ghrita: 1 chammach Triphala Ghrita ya 3 gram Triphala Churna gungune pani ya doodh ke sath raat ko sote samay lein. Yeh Netya (eyes ke liye hitkar) hai aur pitta ko shaant karta hai.
2. Sthanik Chikitsa (Local Eye Care Procedures)
••Triphala Netra Prakshalan (Eye Wash): 1 chammach Triphala churna ko 1 glass pani me raat bhar bhigo kar rakh dein. Subah is pani ko ek saaf kapde se 2-3 baar achhe se chhaan lein (taaki koi particle na rahe). Is saaf pani se apni aankhon ko dhoyein (Eye cup ka use kar sakte hain). Yeh aankhon ka dard aur jalan kam karega.
••Netra Tarpan / Cow Ghee: Do drop shuddh Gau Ghrita (Desi Cow’s Ghee) ko halka sa gunguna karke (bilkul halka) raat ko sote samay aankhon me daalna Vata dosha ko shant karta hai aur drishti ko taqat deta hai. Keval saaf aur medicated ghee ka hi prayog karein.
3. Pathya-Apathya (Diet & Lifestyle Dietetics)
••Aahar (Diet): Apne khane me Ghee, Dudh, Amla, Hariyali sabjiyan (Palak, Methi), aur Bheege hue Badam shaamil karein. Tikha, masaledar, aur dry food bilkul band kar dein.
••Vihar (Lifestyle): Continuous screen time (Mobile/Laptop) se bachein. Agar kaam majburi hai, toh har 20 minute me 20 second ka break lein aur dur dekhein (20-20-20 Rule).
