A long-standing chalazion (1 year) with new bloodshot/red eyes and tearing in both eyes may be due to irritation, dryness, blocked oil glands, allergy, or sometimes sensitivity to eye drops. Pathyadhatriyadi – 1 tab BD after food 2) Mahatriphaladi Ghritam – 1 tsp with lukewarm water/milk HS 3) Isotine Plus Eye Drops – 2 drops OU BD 4) Warm eyelid fomentation × 10 min TDS 5) trifla eye wash ----Advice: Avoid eye rubbing, excessive screen exposure, dust, smoke, spicy/oily food, and late-night waking. Maintain proper eye hygiene. —Follow up: 7 days –if redness/pain/discharge or vision changes increase, consult ophthalmologist.
