What are Ayurvedic solutions for correcting poor eyesight like -5.0? - #53411

I've had poor eyesight (-5.0 for both eyes) since childhood. Now I wish to correct them. The only solution I can think of is LASIK but it can be costly and carry side effects. I am therefore looking for ayurvedic solutions

Jeevanthyadi ghritha tarpana have wonderful effect on eyesight. It can be done under an ophthalmologist. 1. Sapthamritha louha 1-0-1 after food. 2. Ophthacare eye drop 1 drop 3 times a day. 3. Triphala tablet 1 at a day. 4. Jeevanthyadi ghrita 1 drop at night - improve eyesight. Do palming, 20-20-20 rule, eye movements, focus shifting exercises. Take care, Dr. Shaniba
