What is the treatment for yellowish patches on eyelids that could be Xanthelasma? - #53264

Hello doctor, I have developed yellowish, soft patches on my upper/lower eyelids. They are not painful but look unusual. I think it could be Xanthelasma*. Please suggest treatment and whether I need any tests.
