Thankyou very much for your prescribed medicines. Dr, Brahmi cap is for what purpose? Also, Patanjali doctor has prescribed me eyegrit for a month, vitamin B Complex, maha triphaladi ghrit(ghee) for a month. Are these fine for my problem?

Brahmi cap is to improve ur sleep And Triphala gritham is to improve ur eye sight So u can use all these medicines so that any problem in ur eyes will be relieved Thank you

This type of strain and pressure around one eye is usually due to eye strain + improper spectacle power + late sleep, rather than a serious eye disease. Sleeping at 1–2:30 AM is a major reason. It increases eye fatigue and causes pressure sensation and headache. First correct routine: Sleep before 11 PM. This alone can reduce symptoms significantly. While working, follow 20-20-20 rule — every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Do not use screens continuously for long hours. Check your spectacles once. Even slight power mismatch or improper fit can cause one-sided strain like this. Wash eyes with normal cool water 2–3 times daily. Avoid very cold water. Drishti eye drops can be used, but do not overuse. 1–2 drops twice daily is enough. Medicines: Saptamrit loha 1 tablet twice daily after food. Triphala churna 3 grams at night with lukewarm water. These help reduce eye strain and support eye health. At night, apply a little ghee on soles of feet before sleep. This helps relax eyes. Avoid late-night screen use, dim lighting work, and excessive mobile use in dark. If pain increases, vision blurs, or headache becomes severe, get an eye check-up done to rule out power change or sinus issue. With proper routine correction, this usually improves well.

Thankyou very much for your advices.Your valuable time is appreciated.

The symptoms you describe with Shirah-Shoola (headache) due to Vata-Pitta imbalance, often exacerbated by digital eye strain and irregular sleep patterns Follow these medication 1) saptamrit lauh - 1 tab twice daily after food 2) Brahmi Capsule-1 capsule- before bed with warm milk 3) Chyavanaprash 1 tsp morning empty stomach 4) Anu Tallam -2 drop each nostrils in morning 5) Itone/Sunetra- 2 drop in eye morning and night Gently splash the eyes with Triphala Kwath (decoction) or room-temperature water every morning. Apply Ksheerabala Tallam to the soles of the feet before sleeping. Use cotton pads soaked in chilled Rose Water over the eyes for 10 minutes when the pressure feels moderate.

Yes, these medicines are appropriate for your condition, as they focus on nerve health and eye rejuvenation. However, I understand the concern regarding the cost… In my advice if you already have purchase them I recommend you to complete the one month course as they will definitely help you if you haven’t purchase them you can opt for the prescription which I provid with the same medicinal benefit at lower price.

Thanks a lot doctor for your advices. I truly appreciate it. For how many days Itone/Sunetra drop to be taken? which brand of itone will be good for me? Also, instead of Ksheerabala tallam, what can I take which is easily available at home?

Hellol I am glad to assist you further. Here are the answers to your specific queries: 1. Duration of Itone/Sunetra Drops: You should use these drops for 21 to 30 days. This duration is usually sufficient to relieve the strain 2. Brand Itone: -Dey’s Medical. Sunetra: Kerala Ayurveda If you cannot find Ksheerabala Tailam immediately, you can use Plain Cow Ghee or Coconut Oil for the foot massage Warm the ghee or oil slightly and massage it into your soles for 5 minutes before bed. Please ensure you are taking frequent breaks from your screen and staying hydrated throughout the day. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions! Take care

Late night screen exposure is the main cause you will have to stop it asap. ?? Do’s: ?? Stay hydrated. Drink buttermilk. Limit dairy intake. Home cooked meal that is a balanced diet. Stress free lifestyle ? Dont’s: ? Oily and Spicy food. Processed and preserved food. Packed and ready to eat items. Picklesand papad Dried fish Curd ?? Medication: ?? Tab.Panchatiktakghrit guggul 2 tabs twice a day before food. Syp. Pathyadi kwath 2 tsp twice a day after food. Panchendriya vardhan Tailam. 2 drops in each nostril early in the morning empty stomach.
