Eye pain occurs due to over strain and dryness. 1. Took Triphala ghritam 1/2 tsp regularly at night with warm water. If this dose makes your motion loose Take its half. The dose is fixed according to your agni and koshta. 2. Ophthacare eye drops 1-1-1 (1 drop 3 times a day) 3. Dhanwantaram gulika 1-0-1 with jeeraka water after food. Take care, You will definitely get relief. Dr. Shaniba
