Stone

I have a 4.5 mm stone. Pls tell home remedies. How much time it will take to get it dissolved?pls suggest some good medicine

For a 4.5 mm kidney stone, Ayurvedic treatments focus on using herbal remedies, dietary adjustments, and supportive lifestyle practices to gradually dissolve the stone and prevent future formation. The dissolution process can take a few weeks to a few months, depending on consistency in treatment, hydration levels, and overall health. Key Ayurvedic herbs like Varunadi Kashaya (15-20 ml with warm water twice daily before meals) and Gokshuradi Guggulu (1-2 tablets after meals twice daily) are recommended, as they are known for breaking down stones and supporting kidney function. Additionally, Punarnavadi Kashaya and popular over-the-counter options like Cystone by Himalaya can enhance kidney cleansing and promote the stone’s passage. Alongside these, dietary habits play a vital role. Staying well-hydrated is crucial, so drinking ample water is advised to facilitate stone breakdown and expulsion. Warm lemon water in the morning, barley water, and fresh pomegranate juice all aid in cleansing the kidneys. Avoiding oxalate-rich foods, such as spinach and nuts, can prevent stone recurrence. Gentle exercises like walking also support kidney health, while warm sitz baths may relieve any discomfort during urination. As an added home remedy, chewing fresh basil leaves on an empty stomach, or taking basil juice with honey, can further support kidney health, while ajwain (carom seeds) powder mixed with honey is thought to ease stone breakdown.

15 20 Pus Cells in Urine

Last week I started feeling a burning sensation while urinating, so I got my urine tested. The results showed 15 20 pus cells in urine. I’ve never had this problem before, and I’m really worried about what it means. Could this be a sign of an infection, or is it related to something else? Does Ayurveda have specific treatments for addressing 15 20 pus cells in urine? I’ve heard that herbal remedies can help cleanse the urinary tract. What herbs or formulations are most effective for this? Could something like Chandraprabha Vati help, or is there a better option for reducing pus cells in urine? Another question I have is about diet. What foods should I avoid if I have 15 20 pus cells in urine? Are there any specific drinks or herbs I should include to support healing? I drink a lot of coffee and soda – could that be making things worse? How long does it usually take to bring the pus cells count back to normal using Ayurvedic remedies? If you’ve had experience with 15 20 pus cells in urine before, please share what worked for you and if there’s anything I should watch out for.

A presence of 15-20 pus cells in urine typically indicates an infection or inflammation in the urinary tract, commonly referred to as a urinary tract infection (UTI). The burning sensation while urinating is also a common symptom of a UTI. It's important to address this issue promptly to prevent it from worsening. While Ayurvedic treatments can help, it’s recommended to consult with a healthcare provider to confirm the diagnosis and rule out other underlying causes. In Ayurveda, herbs and formulations can support urinary tract health and help reduce the pus cells. Chandraprabha Vati is often used for urinary tract issues and can help reduce inflammation and clear infection by improving the health of the urinary system. Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris), Punarnava, and Brahmi are also commonly recommended for supporting the kidneys, bladder, and urinary tract. Kachnar and Neembu (lemon) are used to support detoxification and reduce inflammation. For diet, it’s important to avoid foods that can irritate the urinary tract. Spicy, fried, or acidic foods, as well as excessive caffeine (like coffee) and soda, may aggravate the condition. Instead, focus on foods that are alkaline, such as cucumbers, melons, and leafy greens, as well as hydrating foods like coconut water. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day is crucial for flushing out toxins and bacteria from the urinary system. You can also drink herbal teas made from coriander seeds, fennel, or ginger, which are known to support urinary tract health and reduce inflammation. The time it takes to return the pus cell count to normal depends on the severity of the infection and the effectiveness of the treatment. You may begin to notice improvement within a few days of starting treatment, but it may take a few weeks to fully normalize the pus cell count. If the symptoms persist or worsen, a consultation with a healthcare provider is essential. If anyone here has dealt with a similar issue, it would be helpful to know how Ayurvedic remedies worked for them and if they encountered any challenges.

Bahumutrantak ras

1 answers

I’ve been dealing with frequent urination for the past few months, especially at night, which has started to disrupt my sleep. My doctor ruled out diabetes but mentioned it could be due to a weak bladder or mild inflammation. While looking for natural remedies, I came across bahumutrantak ras as a possible solution. What exactly is bahumutrantak ras used for? From what I understand, it’s an Ayurvedic formulation to help with urinary problems, but does it work specifically for frequent urination, or is it more for infections? I’m also curious if it strengthens the urinary system in the long term or just provides temporary relief. Are there any side effects of bahumutrantak ras, like dryness or other discomforts? How is it typically taken – with water or milk, and are there specific times when it should be consumed for the best effect? If anyone has tried bahumutrantak ras for urinary issues, how effective was it? Did it help reduce frequency, and how long did it take to notice improvements? I’d appreciate any tips on using it effectively or combining it with other Ayurvedic remedies for bladder health.

Bahumutrantak Ras is an Ayurvedic formulation commonly used to support urinary health, especially in cases of frequent urination, mild inflammation, and other urinary discomforts. It works by strengthening the urinary system, reducing inflammation, and promoting proper bladder function. While it can help manage frequent urination, it is also used for conditions like urinary tract infections and bladder weakness. Over time, it may help strengthen the bladder and improve overall urinary health, but it is often combined with other remedies for long-term effectiveness. It is typically taken with warm water, and the dosage can vary, so it's best to follow the guidance of an Ayurvedic practitioner. As with any remedy, mild side effects like dryness or stomach discomfort may occur in some individuals. For best results, it is important to also maintain a balanced diet, avoid irritants like caffeine and alcohol, and stay hydrated. Results may vary, but improvements are generally seen after a few weeks of consistent use.

My daughter is 20 years old.She is having urinary infection.Sometimes the pain is not there after she urinates but sometimes pain is there. She is having this problem from two months back.

Urinary tract infections (UTI) are often linked to an imbalance in Pitta dosha and inflammation , which can cause burning, pain, and discomfort during urination. For managing this condition, I recommend Chandraprabha Vati, which helps in relieving pain and promoting urinary health. Additionally, Gokshuradi Guggulu can be used to support kidney and urinary tract health by reducing inflammation and infection. Punarnava is beneficial for its diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties, helping to flush out toxins. She should also drink plenty of water infused with Coriander seeds or Barley water to cool and soothe the urinary tract. Avoid spicy, acidic, and processed foods, and focus on a Pitta-pacifying diet with cooling foods like cucumber and coconut water. Regular monitoring and consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized treatment is recommended.

Panchavalkala Kashaya

I’ve been experiencing frequent urinary tract infections (UTIs), and antibiotics don’t seem to work as effectively anymore. I recently heard about Panchavalkala Kashaya as a remedy for UTIs and other urinary problems. Does anyone know how effective Panchavalkala Kashaya is for treating UTIs? I read that Panchavalkala Kashaya is made from five types of barks and has anti-inflammatory properties. Does it help with the burning sensation and frequent urination associated with UTIs? Also, how is Panchavalkala Kashaya prepared and consumed—should it be taken as a tea or applied externally? Are there any dietary recommendations to follow while using Panchavalkala Kashaya? I’ve been drinking cranberry juice, but I’m open to adding other remedies if Panchavalkala Kashaya can work better. Also, is it safe to take Panchavalkala Kashaya for a long time to prevent recurring infections? If anyone has used Panchavalkala Kashaya for UTIs, please share your experience. How quickly did it work for you, and are there any side effects to watch out for? Thanks in advance for your advice!

Panchavalkala Kashaya is a well-known Ayurvedic remedy for urinary tract infections (UTIs) and other urinary issues due to its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and cooling properties. It is made from the bark of five medicinal trees—often including Banyan, Peepal, and Ashvattha—known for their ability to soothe inflammation, reduce burning sensations, and improve urinary function. This remedy can help alleviate symptoms such as frequent urination and the burning sensation associated with UTIs. Panchavalkala Kashaya is typically consumed as a decoction (herbal tea) by boiling the herbs in water, which helps in enhancing its potency and absorption. It is not applied externally. For best results, it should be taken in moderation and as per the dosage prescribed by an Ayurvedic practitioner, usually for a few weeks. Alongside the Kashaya, it is recommended to follow a light, easily digestible diet and avoid spicy, oily, and acidic foods, which can irritate the urinary tract. Drinking plenty of water is also advised to help flush out toxins. Panchavalkala Kashaya is generally considered safe for long-term use, especially for preventing recurring UTIs, but it should be taken under the guidance of an Ayurvedic practitioner to avoid any potential interactions or side effects. The effects can vary from person to person, but many people notice improvement within a week or two. However, as with any herbal remedy, it’s important to be aware of any individual sensitivities or allergies.

Why do i get white lumps discharge in my vagina

Why do i get white lumps discharge in my vagina that is odorless but curdy in look it is deposited on the sides and sometimes it is itchy

The white, curdy lumps with itchiness and no odor you are describing are likely symptoms of a yeast infection, also known as candidiasis, which is caused by an overgrowth of the fungus Candida. This infection commonly results in the discharge you mentioned, along with itching and irritation. Ayurveda considers this an imbalance of the Pitta and Kapha doshas, often due to factors like poor digestion, excess heat in the body, or a weakened immune system. To address this, Ayurvedic remedies typically focus on cooling the body, strengthening digestion (Agni), and restoring the balance of the doshas. Some herbs that may help include Triphala (to support digestion), Turmeric (for its anti-inflammatory properties), and Neem (for its antimicrobial effects). Additionally, it's important to maintain good hygiene, wear breathable cotton underwear, and avoid irritants like scented soaps. If symptoms persist or worsen, it's best to consult a healthcare professional to rule out any other conditions.
