recently got skin itching few months back..nw again if i hav chicken r tamarind i m gettin slight itching..any ayurvedic oils available to be applied or if ter is infection in blood any home remedies to eat as food.. because i face so much hairlos.my scalp is itching soo much i cudnt sleep..feel like pull my hairout.and any medicine for hairloss

For your scalp and hair loss, Bhringraj Oil is a potent remedy. Regularly massaging your scalp with Bhringraj Oil not only nourishes the roots but also cools the scalp, reducing heat and inflammation that leads to itching and hair loss. Apply the oil, leave it on for an hour or two, then wash it off with a gentle shampoo.

Internally, consuming Triphala can aid in detoxifying the body and balancing the doshas, improving skin and hair health. The Triphala powder can be taken with warm water before bedtime. However, ensure you’re not allergic or sensitive to any of these herbs.

If you suspect an infection, maintaining a diet that promotes the Kapha dosha can also be helpful, as it strengthens the body’s tissues. Focus on a blend of Tulsi leaves and turmeric in warm water, taken first thing in the morning, this mix serves as a mild detoxifier.

Addressing diet and lifestyle is key, so also ensure you’re staying hydrated and managing stress with meditation or yoga, as stress often exacerbates such conditions.

However, considering its severity, if you notice any persistence or worsening of symptoms, it’s crucial to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner or dermatologist to pinpoint the issue precisely.
