Namaste Doctor, mujhe har saal garmi ke mausam mein allergy ki problem hoti hai. Mujhe directly hives (urticaria) ho jaate hain — skin par red ubhri hui sujan waale daane nikal aate hain jismein kaafi itching hoti hai. Yeh symptoms March se September tak active rehte hain, lekin sardi ke samay puri tarah thik ho jaate hain. Coconut oil lagane se hives kuch hi der mein shant ho jaate hain aur thandak milti hai, body mein garmi bhi feel hoti hai. Abhi main Baidyanath Haridrakhand ½ chammach din mein ek baar dudh ke saath lena shuru kiya hai. Kya yeh mujhe continue rakhna chahiye? Saath hi, kya main Giloy-Tulsi juice, Gond Katira aur garmi mein sharbat (jaise rose, bel, lemon, etc.) bhi le sakti hoon? Aur is allergy (hives) ko permanently theek karne ke liye aur immunity strong banane ke liye main aur kya-kya Ayurvedic upay, diet ya lifestyle changes kar sakti hoon? Kripya mujhe batayein ki yeh sab mere liye safe aur faydemand hain ya nahi."**

Better to do body detoxification means panchkarma for this physically consult Ayurved physician accordingly will guide you. *Till that you can start Medicine: 1.Tab:Alitox (Sharangdhar) 2 tablets after breakfast and after dinner for 3 months. 2. Tab:Sukshmatriphala 2 tablets after breakfast and after dinner for 1 month. 3.Mahatiktaghrut- half table spoon add 1 to 2 sips of luke warm water have it empty stomach for 30 mins dont take anything, daily in the morning at least 2 months. 4.Crush 2 table spoon coriander seeds soak it over night in glass of water in the morning squez seeds and strain water have it after ghee, daily. 5. make water of cocum and apply on hives. Note: better to do detoxification. Avoid fermented processed, packed food, no bekary product no maida, no oily spicy food, no pickle, papad, green chilly.

Aapke concern ko samajhna zaruri hai, aur aisa lagta hai ki aapki skin aur body heat ke prati sensitive hai, jo garmi ke mahino mein iska badhawa deti hai. Haridrakhand ek achhi chiz hai, iska anti-inflammatory aur anti-allergic properties hai jo urticaria ko manage karne mein madadgar ho sakta hai. Iska prabhaav dekhein, aur agar aapko lagta hai ki aaram mil raha hai toh isse continue rakh sakte hain.

Giloy aur Tulsi juice immunity ko majboot banate hain aur aise samay mein shant rahne mein madad karte hain jab skin react karti hai. Ek baar din mein 10-15 ml giloy-tulsi juice le sakte hain. Gond Katira yaani ki Tragacanth gum cooling properties ke liye jaana jata hai, lekin ise moderate amount mein lijiye ya phir apne doctor se salaah le kar.

Sharbat jiska aap zikr kar rahe hain, jaise rose aur bel, natural coolant hain. Inhe aap din mein 2-3 baar try kar sakte hain, bas yeh dhyan rakhein ki aap sugar content control karein agar zarurat ho toh.

Allergy aur immunity ke liye diet aur lifestyle mein thoda nazar daalna padega. Vriksasana aur Shavasana jaise yoga postures prayas karein, jo stress ko kam karte hain aur body ko reheat karne se rokte hain. Din mein kam se kam, 7-8 ghante sleep zaroor karein.

Diet mein seasonal aur fresh foods, hydrated rehna, ahar mein sabziyon ka istemal - khaskarke gourd based, cucumber, aur leafy greens ko shamil karein. Pitta dosha ko shant karne wale foods ki taraf dhyan dein, jaise dahi, dhaniya, ajwain seed, isko avoid karein.

Lekin, agar aapke symptoms zyada ho raha hai toh turant allergist se consult karein, specially agar koi dusre symptoms jaise ki breathing problem, swelling occur ho rhi ho.
