Next up, let’s talk about some herbal helpers. Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) is renowned for enhancing cognitive function and soothing the nerves. It’s practically made for situations like this. A small dose blended with warm milk each morning might become a wonderful routine. Just make sure you consult a professional before starting.
