I am dealing with my little one who’s been feeling kinda off lately, mostly just cranky and a little gassy. My pediatrician suggested Bonnisan, saying it could help with digestions issues, but I’m confused about when to give bonnisan after food or before food. I really wanna make sure I’m doing it right. I tried giving it before meals a couple of times, and honestly, I feel like it didn’t really help much. Should I give bonnisan after food instead? I’ve seen some forums recommending different timings, and it’s stressing me out! Like, what is the best practice? And if it's after food, how long after? I've also noticed some days are worse than others, and I can't really figure out if it's diet related or just a phase. I have heard good things about Bonnisan but still curious if anyone's had good results with specific timings for giving bonnisan. Help!
