Oral treatment - 1) shwas kasa chintamani ras 2 tab twice a day after food 2) SYP. Shwasi 4 tsf twice a day after food 3) haridrakhand 1 tsf HS 4) tab mansmittravati 1 tab at sleeping time 5) giloyghan vati 2 tab twice a day after meal 6) nasya with brahmi taila in mrng ( 2-3 drops of oil in both nostrils and inhale , when something comes in throat just spitt it at every time) then do Luke warm water gargles. 7) steam inhalation with tincture benzoin daily for atleast 10 days

From what you described -you get breathlessness very quickly while walking or doing small work -you depend on inhaler for relief -dust, perfumes, and strong smells trigger sneezing and difficulty in breathing -fatigue and weakness come easily

In modern medicine, this is usually called Allergic asthma/chronic airway hypersensitivity

In Ayurveda, this matches Tamaka Shwaas, a condition caused by kapha (phlegm/mucus) blocking the airways and vata becoming disturbed, leading to -breathlessness -wheezing -sneezing -chest tightness -weakness

TREATMENT GOALS -reduce frequency and severity of attacks -decrease dependence on inhaler - gradually not suddenly -strengthen lung capacity and immunity -balance kapha and vata dosha -prevent triggers- dust, cold, perfume, heavy food -improve digestion and metabolism -because weak digestion increases mucus formation

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS

1) SHITOPALADI CHURNA + TALISADI CHURNA= 2gm each with honey twice daily =clears mucus, reduces cough and sneezing, improves breathing, reduces breathlessness

आधुनिक चिकित्सा में, इसे आमतौर पर एलर्जिक अस्थमा/क्रोनिक एयरवे हाइपरसेंसिटिविटी कहा जाता है

अवधि = ध्यान देने योग्य सुधार के लिए कम से कम 2-3 महीने

बाहरी रूप से

1) भाप लेना = तुलसी के पत्तों/अजवाइन के बीजों के साथ प्रतिदिन =अवरुद्ध श्वास नली को खोलता है

Aapki breathing ki problem aur fatigue ka reason sambhavit roop se dosha imbalance ho sakta hai, yeh main respiratory system ka imbalance dikhata hai. Aasthma ya kisi bhi respiratory distress ko rule out karna zaroori hai, toh kisi competent healthcare professional se consult karein. Ab kuch ayurvedic sujhaav jo aap ghar pe apna sakte hain.

Pehla, apni diet par focus karein. Khane mein tulsi patta ka churna ya tulsi chai ko shamil karein. Yeh vaata aur kapha vitiation ko balance karne mein madadgar hoti hai. Thoda adrak aur shahad bhi include kar sakte hain, yeh bronchodilator ki tarah kaam kar sakta hai.

Dusra, pranayama exercises daily routine mein shamil karein. Anulom-Vilom aur Bhramari prakriya aapki breathing aur vitals yojana ko improve karne mein help karega. Early morning ke samay 15-20 minute ka samay in exercises mein lagayein. Yeh aapki fatigue ko kam karne ka kaam karega.

Ghratika or steam inhalation with herbal oils jaise ki eucalyptus ya kapoor ka bhi use karein. Yeh nasal passages ko clear karne aur allergen effects ko reduce karne ke liye madad karega. Everyday, soone se pehle, ek simple steamer mein thoda eucalyptus oil daalein aur inhale karein.

Jaldi thakne ke liye, diet mein iron-rich foods jaise spinach, beetroot aur jaggery include karein. Yeh iron deficiency ki wajah se hone wale fatigue ko cover karega. Viruddha aahara, yaalam yathan should be strictly avoid.

Aap sabse pehle din kaum se kam 10-15 minute sukshma pranayama karna shuru karein. Yeh nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) aur kapalbhati pranayama ki madad se aapki breathing efficiency badh sakti hai aur prana vayu balance rahata hai. Pranayama ke dauran, gyaani jagah pe dyaan dein jahan pollution kam ho.

Din bhar me tulsi aur mulethi ki chai pine se aapko allergies se rahat mil sakti hai, kyunki yey ingredients vata aur kapha ki imbalance ko shant karte hain. Ek glass garam dudh me thoda sa haldi mila kar raat ko peene se bhi immune system mazboot hota hai.

Licorice (Yashtimadhu) – relaxes the respiratory system; take ½ tsp powder with warm water or milk. Turmeric (Haldi) – anti-inflammatory; mix with milk or food. Triphala Churna – for immune system and lung well-being overall.

3. Breathing & Exercise (Pranayama & Yoga) Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing) – 5-10 min/day. Bhramari (Bee Breath) – quiets lungs and decreases stress.
