I am really confused and a bit worried. Recently, I started using Vasu Aromatics Lemon Essential Oil because I heard it was great for improving mood and energizing the environment, right? My friend swears by it! But here’s the thing, after using it, I kinda started feeling this weird tingling sensation on my skin, especially after I apply it without diluting like it says on the label. I didn't expect that, honestly. Also, I noticed I’ve been sneezing a lot more, which is odd because I thought essential oils were supposed to boost my overall health and immunity? It's just a bit frustrating because I was looking forward to all these benefits. Should I continue using the Vasu Aromatics Lemon Essential Oil even if I'm having these symptoms, or is that a sign it's not right for me?
