I am really confused and need some advice! A few months ago, I started feeling really run down, just like constantly tired and had this nagging cough that wouldn’t go away. I finally went to the doctor, and they told me it might just be seasonal allergies, but I didn't really buy that, you know? I read about this Nagarjuna Chyavanapraasham online, and I’m curious if it could help? I've been seeing tons of posts about how its supposed to boost immunity and life at least according to tons of reviews. My friend even swears by it! But, I don’t believe in everything. Do you guys think Nagarjuna Chyavanapraasham really works? Like, is it safe to take it with my allergies and low energy levels? I’ve tried other natural remedies, but nothing really clicked(I thought I was gonna feel back to normal, but nope). Sometimes I worry I'm just grasping at straws here. Do I need to take it daily? Would I feel a difference soon, or is it more of a long-term thing? I’m ready for something that actually helps, so any advice or personal experiences would be super great!
