बच्चों के लिए, स्वस्थ आदतें और सही आहार उनकी याददाश्त और स्वास्थ्य को सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित करते हैं।

आहार (Diet) ताज़ा, हल्का और सात्विक भोजन दें। घी (Ghee) का सेवन बढ़ाएँ (याददाश्त और वात दोष को शांत करने के लिए)। जंक फूड, कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स और बासी खाने से बचें। नियमितता पढ़ाई और खेलने के लिए निश्चित समय-तालिका (Time-Table) बनाएँ। आयुर्वेद में दिनचर्या (निश्चित दैनिक रूटीन) पर बहुत ज़ोर दिया जाता है। मालिश (Abhyanga) रोज़ाना हल्के गर्म तिल के तेल से शरीर की मालिश करना (खासकर सिर की मालिश) वात दोष को शांत करता है, जो एकाग्रता और याददाश्त को बेहतर बनाने में मदद करता है। नींद सुनिश्चित करें कि उसे हर रात पर्याप्त और गहरी नींद मिले, क्योंकि यादें सोते समय मज़बूत होती हैं। खेल खेलने दें! 9 साल के बच्चे के लिए खेलना ज़रूरी है। खेलने का मतलब है शरीर का शारीरिक विकास और मन का तनाव मुक्त होना। बस ध्यान दें कि खेलने का समय पढ़ाई के समय पर हावी न हो। Treatment 1) Tab Manasa mitra vataka-1/2- before food 2 times with milk

✅ लक्षण

पढ़ाई पर ध्यान नहीं लगना सीखी हुई बातें याद न रहना सवालों के जवाब नहीं लिख पाना खेल-कूद में ज़्यादा ध्यान, पढ़ाई में कम इम्युनिटी कमजोर

✅ आयुर्वेदिक उपचार योजना

1 ब्रम्ही घृत – ½ चम्मच गुनगुने दूध के साथ सुबह-शाम।

2 समृती सागर रस 1-0-1 – खाना खाने के बाद।

3 च्यवनप्राश अवलेह – 1 चम्मच रोज़ सुबह – इम्युनिटी व बुद्धि वृद्धि हेतु।

✅ घर पर सरल उपाय

बादाम, अखरोट, अंजीर – रोज़ दूध में भिगोकर देना।

गुनगुना दूध + हल्दी – रात को।

रोज़ 15 मिनट सूर्य नमस्कार या योगासन (ताड़ासन, वज्रासन, ध्यानासन)।

कभी-कभी Vitamin D, B12, Iron deficiency भी याददाश्त व इम्युनिटी कम कर देती है – इनकी जाँच कराएँ।

आपके बेटे की समस्या का समाधान संभव है। नियमित ब्रम्ही घृत, च्यवनप्राश, पौष्टिक आहार, योग-ध्यान और खेल-पढ़ाई का संतुलन रखने से धीरे-धीरे याददाश्त व एकाग्रता बेहतर होगी और इम्युनिटी भी बढ़ेगी।
