I am curious about shilajit because my son is turning 12 soon and I keep hearing all these great things about it. Like, I'm wondering at what age shilajit should be taken? I read that it can boost stamina and overall health but I'm not sure if it’s suitable for young teens. Last year, he started feeling really sluggish, and we thought it might be due to growing pains or maybe just a lack of nutrition since he's such a picky eater. Since then, we tried to get him to eat healthier, but you know how kids can be. Lately, he’s complained about tiredness even after proper sleep, which is frustrating for both of us. I came across shilajit in my online research, and I'm excited about the potential benefits! But still, I don’t want to give it to him if it's not recommended for kids. At what age shilajit should be taken? If he can start having it now, should I take it too? I feel like I could use that extra energy boost as well! Just trying to figure out the safest way to go about this. Hope to hear back soon!
