I am struggling with this, like it’s been ongoing for a few months now, and I'm kinda at my wit’s end. I never had skin issues before, but then outta nowhere, my face started breaking out in these itchy, red patches. It feels like a constant battle on how to reduce allergy on face, and every time I think I found a solution, nothing works!!! The doctor said it could be an allergic reaction to something, but I haven’t been able to figure out what it is. I tried changing my skincare but that just made it worse. I thought maybe it was the detergent or some food but I really don't know where to start. Like I bought hypoallergenic everything and avoided dairy for a bit but no major improvement. Even tried some over-the-counter creams but they just burn and don't help, ugh. Does anyone have any advice on how to reduce allergy on face? I’ve heard a bit about Ayurvedic remedies and I’m curious if there’s something natural I could try. Has anyone had success with herbs or specific oils to calm down this madness? It feels like my face is on fire and it’s just so frustrating, ugh! Any insights would really help!
